SPARTANBURG, S.C.— On Saturday, Feb. 1, the Montreat clay target shooting team traveled to Spartanburg, S.C. for its monthly shoot. Utilizing the event to prepare for upcoming postseason competitions, the Cavaliers'
Brady Cox stole the show and came home with some hardware.
Cox became the High Over All champion at the event by default thanks to his dominant effort. The Carrollton, Ill. native registered a clean sweep, becoming the event's singles, doubles and handicap champion.

The Montreat clay target shooting team competed next at the ACUI Lower East Coach Conference Championships from Feb. 7-9 in Savannah, Ga.
