AUSTIN, Texas— According to a release from College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday, a trio of Montreat volleyball players picked up additional accolades for their efforts on the court and in the classroom. Katie Alexander, Cate Hale and Ruthann Stout garnered spots on the CSC Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Team earlier today.
 
To qualify for CSC Academic All-District® nomination, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore both academically and athletically, have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA and have competed in either 90 percent of an institution's matches played or started in at least 66 percent of a program's contests.
