MONTREAT, N.C.— Last month, the Montreat College men's and women's golf teams shared their fall slates for the upcoming 2025-26 academic year. Both schedules feature four two-day tournaments, and three of the four events include both the men and women competing.
 
Tournament action starts on Sept. 8-9 with the Coastal Georgia Fall Invitational. The Cavalier men are scheduled to play at Sanctuary Golf Club in Waverly, Ga., while the Montreat women are set to golf at The King and Prince Golf Club in St. Simons Island, Ga. Just two weeks later, both squads visit the Johnson City Country Club in Johnson City, Tenn. for the East Tennessee Collegiate.
 
The men's golf team opens and closes the October portion of Montreat's fall schedule. The Cavaliers play at the familiar Deercroft Golf Club in Wagram, N.C. as part of the Koala Fall Invitational on Oct. 6-7. A few weeks later, the Cavs conclude the month with the AAC Fall Preview at Barnsley Resort in Adairsville, Ga.
 
Meanwhile, Montreat's women's golf program participates in tournaments slated for consecutive weeks. On Oct. 13-14, the Cavaliers head to Cherokee National Golf Club in Gaffney, S.C. for the Pioneers Fall Invitational. The Cavs then play in the AAC Fall Preview the ensuing Monday and Tuesday at the Governors Towne Club in Acworth, Ga.
