WALESKA, Ga.— According to a release from the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) office on Thursday, six Montreat College men's wrestling student-athletes earned their way onto the 2025-26 AAC All-Academic Team. Additionally, the Cavaliers drew one spot on the AAC Champions of Character Team.
Robert Branson,
Milosz Gargol,
Sam Gosnell,
Zeke Grabowski,
Dylan Hogan and
Patrick Wlodyga landed the annual AAC All-Academic Team recognition. Meanwhile, Wlodyga also secured AAC Champions of Character Team status.
To qualify for the AAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically while maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher. Each institution in the league also received one spot on the AAC Champions of Character Team, and the honorees were selected by each program's head coach.

The Montreat College men's wrestling team competes today and tomorrow at the AAC Men's Wrestling Championships in Miami Gardens, Fla. Bouts begin at 12 p.m.
