  • Title
    Assistant Women's Soccer Coach
Maddie Little was hired as the assistant coach for the Montreat women's soccer program in July of 2021.

Little came to Montreat following time as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at East Texas Baptist University. A member of the Tigers' staff for two full seasons, Little contributed to a program that saw its squad advance to the American Southwest Conference semifinal round for the first time since 2005. Under Little's supervision, forward Ashleigh Rondon was called up to the Dominican Republic's Women's National Team. During the most recent academic year in the classroom, the women's soccer program notched the top cumulative team GPA at ETBU.

A native of Charlotte, N.C., Little returned to her home state after stints helping at Trevecca Nazarene University and the Tennessee Soccer Club Academy. In the spring of 2019, Little volunteered as an assistant coach for her alma mater, while working with four separate age groups at the Tennessee Soccer Club Academy for the 2018-19 slate.

Prior to her coaching experience, Little began her collegiate soccer experience by playing at the University of South Carolina-Upstate from 2014 to 2016. She then proceeded to cap off her college days at Trevecca Nazarene. For two summers throughout her time in college, the North Carolinian made the Charlotte Eagles roster.

Little earned her B.S. in exercise and sport science from Trevecca Nazarene before recently completing her masters in kinesiology from East Texas Baptist in 2020.
