The Montreat College women's soccer team announced the hiring of Karrigan Falber as its new assistant coach in February of 2022. The 2024-25 school year marked her third season with the program.

During the 2020 season, Falber coached athletes to five conference honors, as well as a GPAC and NAIA Goalkeeper of the Week award. In 2021, Falber guided three Defenders to season-long conference honors, plus two GPAC Player of the Week nods.
A native of Spring, Texas, Falber has coached at numerous camps across the country, including at several NCAA institutions. In 2021, Falber helped lead a camp at the University of Iowa. From 2017 to 2019, Falber had the opportunity to coach several camps at East Texas Baptist University. She also coached at Challenge Soccer Club Goalkeeper Academy Camps, one of the top goalkeeper programs in South Texas, from 2017-2020.
Prior to her coaching experience, Falber played soccer collegiately at East Texas Baptist University. During her four-year career (2016-19), she served as a team captain for her final two seasons. Falber also earned Academic All-Conference honors while at ETBU.
Falber earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology-wellness management from East Texas Baptist University ('20). She expects to complete her master's degree in sports leadership from Dordt University in May 2022.
