BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C. — The Montreat College men's soccer team shared its 2026 fall slate, one that features 18 countable matchups and nine official contests at Pulliam Stadium.

The preseason begins on Aug. 22 as the Cavaliers welcome Asheville F.C. to Black Mountain, N.C. for their initial scrimmage. Montreat then heads to Pfeiffer University on Aug. 26 for its second and final preseason scrimmage before the start of the regular season.

Montreat commences its primary campaign on the road, traveling to Toccoa Falls College on Aug. 29 before returning to Pulliam Stadium for its home opener against JWU Charlotte on Sept. 1. The Cavs enjoy a home-heavy September schedule, playing six of their eight matches at Pulliam Stadium.

The Cavaliers open Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) play on Sept. 12 against Truett McConnell University prior to welcoming the reigning AAC regular season and tournament champion, Union Commonwealth University, to Pulliam Stadium just four days later. Montreat then makes a quick trip to Spartanburg Methodist College before kicking off a three-match homestand to close out September.

October begins with back-to-back road matches for the Cavs, starting at Reinhardt University on Oct. 3 in advance of traveling to Columbia College less than a week later. Montreat returns to Howard Fisher Memorial Field to host Bryan College for Homecoming & Family Weekend on Oct. 10 prior to embarking on another two-match road swing. The Cavaliers take the field at Pulliam Stadium again on Oct. 21 against Bluefield University.

Montreat travels to Bob Jones University for its nonconference finale on Oct. 24 ahead of returning to Black Mountain for its regular-season home finale on Oct. 28 versus the University of Pikeville. The Cavs conclude October and the regular season on the road at Johnson University, with hopes of securing a berth in the AAC Tournament, which is set to begin on Nov. 3.
