GREENWOOD, Ind.— According to a release from the College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday, four Montreat College student-athletes appeared on the 2025 CSC Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Team. Allie Anderson, Cizzie Griffin, Maggie Stewart and Ruthann Stout met the necessary requirements to capture the annual academic and athletic recognition.
 
In total, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) landed 283 of its student-athletes on this year's CSC Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Team.
 
To qualify for nomination, student-athletes were required to have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA, to be of at least sophomore academic and athletic status and have competed in at least 90.0 percent of an institution's matches or have started in at least 66.0 percent of an institution's contests. Each institution could nominate a maximum of four eligible student-athletes.

The Montreat College volleyball team went 0-19 overall and in Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) play during the 2025 campaign.
