BOWLING GREEN, Ky.— According to a release from the Mid-South Conference (MSC) office Friday morning, Montreat College women's wrestling senior
Nicole Lewis landed on the 2025-26 MSC Women's Wrestling Champions of Character Team. In total, 13 student-athletes garnered the annual league honor.
A senior from Chugiak, Alaska, Lewis is 20-20 on the season entering the MSC Women's Wrestling Championships. Earlier this season, she appeared in the 160-lb weight class rankings of the NAIA Women's Wrestling Coaches' Top 20 for the first time in her collegiate career.
The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes honored on this year's MSC Women's Wrestling Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on and off campus, as well as their demonstration of the NAIA's five core character values.
